Charlotte’s Insite Properties Buys 120,000-Square-Foot Pelham at Hyland Flex Park Off I-85 in Greenville, Plans Upgrades and Spec Suites
Charlotte-based Insite Properties has acquired Pelham at Hyland, a four-building, 120,000-square-foot small bay flex and office park on Pelham Road in Greenville, in a deal the Upstate Business Journal put at $16.4 million. The buyer plans a capital improvement program including new dock doors and upgraded vacant suites.
